Add Media Resources

Local Mode

1. Suitable Scenarios
Directly mount cloud drives or access other cloud storage files

2. How to Enable
During initialization, select local service, or in My → turn off Private Cloud Service, then go to Library → click the + in the upper right to add.

  • LAN Discovery
    When your phone and NAS are on the same LAN, the app will automatically scan and display available devices. Click the network storage you want to add from the list, enter your account and password to mount.

  • Manual Addition

    • Protocol Mount: Select SMB/WebDAV/FTP → fill in IP address, port, account, and password
    • Direct Cloud Drive: Supports Aliyun Drive, 115, 123, click to authorize and add successfully.
    • “Note” and “Name” are custom fields, fill them in as needed to distinguish file sources.

3. Add Folder
Enter the target directory, click “Select”, choose the folder you want to add, and complete the addition.
Currently, adding and removing individual files is not supported.

Private Cloud Mode

1. Suitable Scenarios
Requires deploying a media server (such as NAS) to enjoy enhanced features like cross-device sync and user collaboration.

2. How to Enable
Private cloud service is enabled by default. If you selected local addition during app initialization, you can go to My → enable Private Cloud Service, then go to Library → click the + in the upper right to add.

  • LAN Discovery
    Same as local mode, when devices and NAS are on the same LAN, the app will automatically scan and display available addresses. After selecting, enter your username and password, or use a private cloud code (get it from the Cinemore Private Cloud Server) for quick connection.

  • QR Code Addition
    The Cinemore Private Cloud Server backend generates a dedicated QR code. Scan it with your phone to bind (no manual configuration needed).

  • Account Login
    Manually enter the server address, account, password, and notes to complete the addition.
