How to sync history records?

Apple users can sync by logging into the same iCloud account. Other users can sync data across devices using Private Cloud.

Is IPv4 supported?

Local addition supports both IPv4 and IPv6. Private Cloud remote access requires an IPv6 network.

Can I organize or rename files?

No, the app does not modify any folders.

Does it support automatic library refresh?

Not real-time; it refreshes about every 2 hours by default. You can also manually refresh in the file source section.

Deleted files still show in the list?

There is no auto-update for file changes yet, mainly to avoid triggering cloud drive anti-abuse. We will distinguish cloud drive and NAS files in the future and allow more frequent refresh for NAS.

Incorrect colors when playing Dolby?

Please contact us and provide a test file.

Can’t add 123 Cloud after authorization?

Remove the authorization on that page and re-add. If it still fails, try clearing your browser cache.
