Are Android and Apple charged separately?

Yes. If you use an iPhone + Android TV combo, you only need to purchase membership on your phone and connect to TV via “Device Management”—no need to buy again.
Also, the same Apple and Google account will not be charged twice. For example, Apple devices only charge once for all four platforms.

Currently, full-price purchases on Apple support Family Sharing. Discounted items will gradually support Family Sharing in the future.

Is there an early bird price?

Yes, there is currently a half-price early bird offer. Enter the promo code “cinemore” to enjoy the discount.

Why didn’t I get a discount when purchasing?

To enjoy the discount, you must enter the promo code before each subscription, refresh the price, and then click subscribe.
If there is no discount after entering the code, the promotion may have ended. Please check with the promoter or staff.

How to restore purchases?

Click the upper right corner of the page, select “Restore Purchases” to check your Apple ID purchase records.

How to cancel a subscription?

Consumers can request a refund in the store where they purchased or subscribed. Apple or Google will review the refund request independently. The developer cannot participate in the process.
